Information and Guidelines

Card stock:
Choose from 180gsm, 300gsm, 350gsm, or 360gsm.

Labels:
Available sizes include 7" UK, 7" US, and 12" (used for 10" records). All labels are printed on premium "Blueback" stock.

Spine:
Options include no spine, or 3mm, 5mm, and 6mm for gatefold sleeves.

Gatefold configurations:
Choose from 1-piece, 2-piece, or triple gatefold designs.

Colour options:
Full CMYK colour, Pantone colours (£80 per Pantone), and metallic inks are available.

Finishes:
Matt, satin, or gloss UV coatings, spot varnish, embossing, foil blocking, all types of laminations, and die cutting on the front or reverse side.

Special packing:
We offer capacity slip cases, wide-spined outer cases (6mm and up), box sets, and tip-on sleeves.

Getting your pressing started:

  • We’ll need your audio source in an uncompressed, lossless format. We recommend high-resolution WAV files to ensure your record sounds amazing.

  • We create a lacquer master for your project — a one-time process that isn’t required for reorders. You’re also welcome to supply your own lacquer master if you prefer.

  • From the lacquer master, we produce pressing stampers that can press 1,000 records or more with consistent quality.

    • 5.0 minutes per side @ 45 RPM

    • 7.0 minutes per side @ 33 RPM

  • 10” vinyl record

    • 12.0 minutes per side @ 45 RPM

    • 15.0 minutes per side @ 33 RPM

  • 12” vinyl record

    • 15.0 minutes per side @ 45 RPM

    • 22.0 minutes per side @ 33 RPM
