When you place an order, our mastering engineer will carefully review the tracks you send us. We make sonic adjustments to ensure your music transfers well to vinyl and sounds its best.
If there are any issues with the audio quality, we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.

By placing an order on https://cutsy.co.uk, you confirm that you hold the rights, have permission from the rights holder, or possess an appropriate license to reproduce any sound recording—musical or non-musical—that you provide for transfer to vinyl for personal use.
If you need to cancel or amend your order please e-mail us at info@cutsy.co.uk within 48 hours of placing your order, otherwise you will may have to pay half of your requested order as a cancellation fee.
As a custom, hand-made to order product, we take care to ensure all our orders meet our high-quality standards.
If your order is for a single vinyl record and you’re not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We can arrange a full refund, provided you supply video or photographic evidence showing the issue.
If you plan to order multiple vinyl records or copies, we strongly recommend ordering a single unit first to ensure you are happy with the quality of our work.
We accept returns of individual units from larger orders only for the following reasons:
Manufacturing errors caused by our equipment affecting individual units, such as ‘over-cuts’ that cause skipping during playback.
Significant audio reproduction errors, for example, missing left or right audio channels.
For any accepted returns, you will need to return the faulty record(s) to us for analysis. We may also ask for a video sample demonstrating the issue.
We do not accept individual returns for the following issues:
Lead-in or lead-out position or length (which mainly affects jukebox playback).
Subjective audio quality concerns, such as EQ, volume, or perceived loudness—unless the issue is significantly different from a previous single unit or test cut you ordered.
Problems originating from the original audio files you provided, including gaps, skips, fades, or editing errors.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed through our online payment gateway (PayPal), which may take additional time to reflect the funds in your bank account, credit/debit card, or PayPal balance. If you haven’t received your refund within 3–5 working days, please contact PayPal directly.
